It hasn't been easy to personally manage my own record label

19-year-old multiple award-winner, Yaw TOG born Thorsten Owusu Gyimah has disclosed that he owns his personal record label which is known as ‘TogLife’.

“I have my own record label that is TogLife that’s to say I own my own record label like a family thing to get to the top so it’s our own sweat that by the grace of God we’re using to do everything,” he told Amansan Krakye in a one-on-one interview.

Sharing his experience about managing his own record label, the Kumasi-based young iconic artiste stated that it’s not been an easy task but he’s determined to make it work.

“It’s not been easy though to own a record label but we need to face it because we brought ourselves into this profession but nobody forced us to be part of it so I need to face it,” he said on Kastle FM monitored by MyNewsGh.com

Yaw TOG who won ‘Hip Hop Song of the Year’ at the 2021 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) remarked that getting to the top isn’t an easy task but he’s gradually doing his best to get there.

“I need to do the job very well because getting to the top isn’t easy at all you need to face a lot of things before getting there so I would say that we’re gradually on it and we hope that by God’s grace everything will be alright,” he ended on the Kastle Entertainment Show.
