It’s not ungodly, worldly to use ‘Aha Ye Kwan Ho’ in a gospel song
Mabel Okyere, one of the most trending gospel artistes in Ghana currently has debunked the assertion that she has used a ‘worldly’ term in her new song.
During an interview with Amansan Krakye, she said ‘Aha Ye Kwan Ho’ is a term used by the elderly in society and people of few words to show gratitude to God.
Talking on Cape Coast-based Property FM, she posited “It’s not true that it’s a worldly term but rather Aha Ye Kwan Ho is used by the elderly and the title of my song is anuonyam.
“When you listen to the song it didn’t just say Aha Ye Kwan Ho for nothing but it says I can’t say so many things publicly,” she added monitored by MyNewsGh.com
“But what I can say is that the lord has made my life worthwhile and so it’s a powerful message so even heaven has accepted the song.
“God has done so many things in your life but if you want to name them one after the other, the day might even end so it’s a way of thanking God with few words,” Mabel Okyere remarked.
