My condemned cross-dressing is opening doors for me
Popular Disc Jockey, DJ Azonto has said his cross-dressing being condemned by Ghanaians is opening so many doors for him.
Talking to Amansan Krakye on Property FM in Cape Coast, the ‘Fa No Fom’ hitmaker said he doesn’t struggle to travel outside the country due to his female dressing.
He responded “I’ve got calls from the Canadian embassy and all embassies are looking for me even the MP for Akwatia met me recently at the airport.
“A man approached me and said he’s the MP for Akwatia and when I come back to Ghana I should come for Gold which I’ll go for on Monday.
“He said I like your dressing and he asked if he could take a picture with me and I was dressed in my female attire as usual at the airport.
“When I travelled my dressing gave me easy access to immigration with the team I travelled with including Guru and Solomon Arthur.
“My dressing gave us easy access because when it got to my turn, they said we should all pass and go so this is opening doors for me,” he added as MyNewsGh.com sighted.
