My dad used to fight on my behalf when angered by someone
As the world celebrates the immense contribution of fathers on Sunday, June 18, 2023, many are those who have shared fond memories of their dads.
Renowned Gospel musician, Selina Boateng has disclosed how her father used to fight on her behalf when provoked or angered by someone.
She said “My father was someone who really cared about his children and always made sure whatever we needed he was there to provide though he wasn’t that wealthy but he did his best.
She continued “What I remember most about him is that I was residing in Accra but he was in Kumasi and whenever I went back he’ll make sure to meet me and collect his money from me.
“He made sure that if someone is worrying me, disturbing me or getting on my nerves, he will take the fight upon himself and fight for me,” she told Amansan Krakye on Property FM in Cape Coast.
“So he really did well on that aspect and he will always take time to advise me and he wanted us to succeed in whatever we are doing and so my father really did a lot,” she stated sighted by MyNewsGh.com.
