My grandma whipped me mercilessly for staking lotto
Musician of TV3 Mentor fame, Odakky Andy has recounted how his grandmother whipped him mercilessly for staking lotto.
According to the ‘Sweetie’ hitmaker, he won two sure banker during his days in primary school but has since lost interest in lottery.
He told Amansan Krakye in an interview “As for me I have never staked a bet before but when I was in class 6 someone gave me a lotto number with two ‘sure banker’ which I staked.
“After staking the lotto I won but my grandmother whom I was staying with used her walking stick to beat me mercilessly and since then I lost interest in lottery.
“Since then I have never participated in lottery due to the treatment my old lady gave to me because I was happy when I won the lotto.
“My grandmother insulted me for staking lotto as a kid in class 6 and she whipped me so much and that’s what stopped me from lottery,” he said on Property FM in Cape Coast monitored by MyNewsGh.com
