Not all anointed Pastors are good husbands – Counsellor

Reverend Dr. Mrs. Charlotte Oduro has argued that not all gifted Pastors are marriage materials indicating that people misconstrue their spiritual gift to their marriage lives.

She disclosed that those gifts spiritually are different from they not performing their roles as pastors urging ladies who are interested in marrying pastors to focus on the man instead of his gift.

“Don’t marry the gift marry the man. We have men who have gifts like Men of God and people love them. Like you Abeiku you are a gifted man when it comes to the media but to be a husband is a different thing”, she revealed on Accra-based Okay Fm monitored by MyNewsGh.com.

The controversial marriage counsellor added” You can see a Man of God prophesying manifesting the power of God in him he may be gifted on the alter but not gifted as a husband. Let’s not add the two because they are different things altogether. The man being celebrated cannot be the man you celebrate at home. He has the blessings of pastoral duties but not that of marriage”

It would be recalled a month ago that she revealed that her prayer point is for none of her daughters to be married to a pastor.

Mrs. Oduro who is married to the founder of the Royal Victory Family Chapel International revealed that marriage to pastors is a very difficult task and that not everyone could carry such a cross.

“As the wife of a pastor, you cannot argue about anything. Everybody is expecting you to always be quiet no matter the unpleasant situation you find yourself in. Every day I say it that my daughters, I pray but let the will of God be done but if it is my wish, I will let them hold on if it comes to marrying a pastor. I am married to a Pastor but I wish they do not”, she revealed on Accra-based Okay Fm monitored by MyNewsGh.com.
