Nothing wrong with artiste managers ‘bonking’ their female artistes – Adina Thembi
Lynx Entertainment signee Adina Thembi sees absolutely nothing wrong with male artiste managers having sexual relationship with their female artistes.
“There is nothing wrong as long as the artiste is not under age. If she is matured enough and the two of them understand that this is what they are doing and can separate that from their work and make sure they are successful then that’s fine”. Adina Thembi told Spice FM in an interview monitored by MyNewsGh.com when confronted with the question of artiste Managers and female artistes sexual relationship
According to Adina, having sexual relationship with your manager is not something far from the job but the most important thing is that, both managers and their female artistes must stay professional and do what is expected of them to grow their brands.
“If you are a professional and you know this is your job description, knowing that day in day out this is what you supposed to do for the artiste, the artiste also understands that she is supposed to do music then that’s fine. That is how it should work so any extra thing is extra. They (sexual relationships) are all extra-curricular activities” Adina stressed
She however noted that, it is not automatic that if a female artist wants to be managed by a male, there must be a sexual relationship.
