Akufo-Addo’s promises and hardship in Ghana
The President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo prior to his elections in 2016 and even his re-elections in 2020 promised Ghanaians a better Ghana, a promised which seem far from the reality presently.
What has broken the camel’s back is the consistent increases in petroleum products which in effect has brought untold hardships on Ghanaians due to it ripple consequences all aspect of the economy.
Government has however, blamed the hardships on the COVID-19 pandemic which hit the world including Ghana from December 2019 through to this year and also the Russia-Ukraine War.
