Alordia promotions signed artiste, Essi known in private life as Maame Esi Awotwe has said there is more to music than just a good voice.
The Ghanaian Highlife and Afrobeats singer said though the voice of a musician is their key instrument, there’s also the business aspect of music.
Essi told Amansan Krakye, the host “If you want to do music there’s more into music than just the voice but the voice is like your key instrument as a musician and the voice is also a tool.
“I’m saying if you have the voice fine it’s a plus for you but then at the end of the day it’s not just about you having the voice so there is a business side of doing music.
“I mean everything is music but it depends on how you’re trying to portray what you are and the message you are sending out there,” she added on Property FM in Cape Coast seen by MyNewsGh.com
Essi is poised to take the music industry by storm although she has carved a niche projecting her to the apex over the years in the music sphere.
