Ungrateful attitude of some artistes won’t stop me from helping others
Founder of 2MG Music record label, Mix Master Garzy has disclosed that the ungrateful attitude of some Ghanaian artistes didn’t hold him back from helping others.
“We considered everything and you see by human nature it can happen everywhere so being ungrateful is part of us but if you really want to do it you don’t give up,” he said on Kastle FM in Cape Coast.
Talking about the challenges involved with setting up a record label, the popular sound engineer said he signed some artistes in the past but had issues with their ungrateful attitude.
“Because we’ve signed some artistes in the past that we had issues and so we couldn’t continue working again but we didn’t give up we still need to push it,” he revealed to Amansan Krakye.
“We believe in ourselves and we know we’re going to make stars so it’s all part of it and builds you up to know what you want to do later on,” Garzy added in an interview sighted by MyNewsGh.com
Benjamin Garzy Mensah also known as the Most Wanted Mix has currently signed rapper, Lyrical Joe on his record label and was formerly working with Eno Barony until she quit the record label in a bizarre manner.
