Why I won’t waste my time to organize music seminars in Ghana
Celebrated veteran musician, Abrantie Amakye Dede has disclosed why he won’t waste his time to organize seminars and fora in the Ghana music industry.
“Organizing music fora can be helpful to sustain the Highlife in this country but if you want to do something like that people will discourage you”, he remarked.
In an exclusive interview on Kessben TV, the popular legendary singer said it will be very helpful to organize music fora on ways to sustain Highlife in the country.
He continued “I feel that it would have been helpful to organize the musicians and school them about how to go about things in order to resuscitate the Highlife that we have”.
However, the ‘Su Fre Wo Nyame’ hitmaker stated that he won’t try to personally do that because of certain comments that might not be encouraging and palatable.
“When you try to do that some might even question your relevance and your pedigree in the music scene and such kind of things can be highly demotivating”, he said monitored by Amansan Krakye of MyNewsGh.com.
