Your ex is not your enemy – McBrown urges others to emulate her and Okyeame Kwame
Award-winning actress and TV Personality Felicity Ama Agyemang known in showbiz as Empress Nana Ama McBrown has advised that people must learn to keep good relationships with their ex-lovers and not begrudge them.
According to her, having a good relationship with your ex is the best way to go.
“When one person goes out with the other or has this relationship and it doesn’t succeed they should not be enemies. I think this is how it should have been”, Empress McBrown said on Kumasi-based radio Pure FM on the show “Hammer Time” hosted by Hammer Nti.
She further noted that, “I speak to him, ask him, how are you, how is everybody, it ends there we go. If we have not met, he will look for me on TV just as I also do when I hear his songs.
“There is nothing wrong between us. And I am happy he’s part of my life, he’s not bad”, she emphasized.
Nana Ama McBrown and Okyeame Kwame were rumored to be dating back in the year 2004 when the two were spotted promoting the rapper’s music and other works.
However, the two became a topic for Ghanaians when they failed to marry in the end.
Meanwhile, Okyeame Kwame has said earlier that, their relationship had to end because “Nana Ama had a lot of things going on for her,” and that the versatile McBrown was two years his senior.
But Nana Ama McBrown in her interview disclosed that it was all good having Okyeame Kwame as her lover.
