Asante Kotoko board members to meet Otumfuo Osei Tutu II today
According to ghanasportspage.com, the Owner and Life Patron of Asante Kotoko, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, will meet Kotoko’s board members today in Manhyia.
There have been a number of difficulties and misunderstandings between the club’s Board of Directors, the Chairman Kwame Kyei and several Board Members, as well as Nana Yaw Amponsah’s management staff.
Otumfuo, Kotoko’s sole owner, has been in the United States of America according and has only recently returned to Ghana. The Manhyia leadership is meeting with Board members today to address current club problems.
Otumfuo is said to be dissatisfied with the current state of the club and will question the directors about it.
Asante Kotoko failed to win the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League and the MTN FA Cup.
