Callum Hudson-Odoi is considering a move to Ghana after the Black Stars qualified for the World Cup

According to reports, Callum Hudson-Odoi, a winger for Chelsea, is deliberating on his international future before the World Cup, as he considers a move to Ghana after Ghana qualified for the tournament.

Ghana qualified after drawing 0-0 in the first leg and drawing 1-1 in the second leg against the Super Eagles of Nigeria.

Hudson-Odoi has three England appearances but has not played for Gareth Southgate’s side since late 2019, making the World Cup in Qatar his first appearance in three years.

The 21-year-old, who turned down an England Under-21 call-up earlier this season, is eligible for Ghana through his father, who talked with former Brighton manager Chris Hughton.
