According to Darmstadt 98 sports director Carsten Wehlmann defender Patric Pfeiffer has received no offers from clubs.
Darmstadt 98 is currently reshaping its squad and technical team for next season. They have extended the contract of their head coach Torsten Lieberknecht until 2025.
Other clubs, according to Wehlmann, have shown little interest in players with current contracts, such as central defender Patric Pfeiffer.
“No one has ever pulled on my t-shirt. And what about the players: I can say quite openly and honestly that there is nothing there either,” said Wehlmann. But of course you are not fundamentally averse to transfer income. “If something happens, we have to deal with it.”
In the summer of 2019, central defender Patric Pfeiffer Pfeiffer joined SV Darmstadt 98 from Hamburger SV.
Patric Pfeiffer has played 31 games in the Bundesliga 2 this season, he has scored one goal and assisted one.
