Don’t be noisy, focus on beating Ghana – Emmanuel Amuneke advises Super Eagles
Nigeria national team assistant coach, Emmanuel Amuneke has charged the Super Eagles to stay focused on beating Ghana in the final leg of the playoff tie to the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Last Friday, the Super Eagles labored to draw goalless against the Black Stars when the two national teams locked horns at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
Ahead of the reverse fixture, Emmanuel Amuneke has urged the Nigeria team to avoid making too much noise and pay attention to the task at hand.
“We need to win but we just have to be respectful and calm, let us play, and let us not be too noisy,” the Nigeria national team assistant coach told reporters on Sunday evening.
The second leg of the tie between Nigeria and Ghana will be played at the Moshood Abiola national stadium on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.
The game is scheduled to kick off at 17:00GMT.
