Granada who are struggling in the ongoing Spanish are looking for a balance in their team. The club sit 18th on the league log with 30 points.
With Aitor Karanka in charge with the aim of saving the club relegation, Wakaso has been identified as the right man to bring stability to the club.
Wakaso is seen as a player with the profile that they currently do not have in the squad.
The 36-year-old is an old acquaintance for the Nasrid fans, as they were already able to enjoy the player during the 2016/2017 season.
Wakaso has never hidden his desire to return to Spanish football, where he possibly performed at the best level of his career.
During his time in Spanish football, the Ghanaian footballer played for teams such as Elche CF, Villarreal CF, RCD Espanyol, UD Las Palmas, Granada CF, and Deportivo Alavés.
Likewise, he also has experience in big clubs such as Celtic Glasgow, Rubin Kazan, and Panathinaikos.
