Ghanaian forward Enoch Attah Agyei sets sights on African Player of the Year award
Ghanaian international Enoch Attah Agyei says it will be a privilege if he ever gets nomination for African Player of the Year award.
The 23-year-old who had stints with Windy Professionals and Medeama before departing Ghana for greener pastures is currently without a club after leaving Guinean giants, Horoya AC.
He was on top form before parting ways with Horoya AC and is expected to join a new club before the start of the 2022/23 season.
In an interview with Koforidua-based Bryt FM, he said, “Of course, I have set sights on the African best player award, it is not about winning it but getting a nomination will be a plus for me. I have always said to myself that I will work hard to get to the top”
Atta Agyei moved to Tanzanian giants Azam FC after a fabulous campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup with Ghanaian side, Medeama in 2016 before joining Horoya AC in Guinea.
