Ghanaian midfielder Jordi Osei-Tutu shakes off injury scare to feature in Rotherham United’s win over Ipswich Town
English-born Ghanaian midfielder Jordi Osei-Tutu made a quick injury return in Rotherham United win over Ipswich Town on Saturday.
The Arsenal loanee picked up injury against Portsmouth last weekend and had to be replaced by Mickel Miller as Rotherham United lost 3-0.
The injury-prone midfielder who joined English League Two side in the January transfer window was set to be sidelines once again.
But he shakes off the injury scare to feature against Ipswich Town last Saturday. He lasted 90 minutes before he was substituted as his side won 1-0.
The win keeps Rotherham United in the promotion race with four games to spare.
Jordi Osei-Tutu spent the first half of the season at Nottingham Forest, where injuries limited him to only four appearances.
At Rotherham, he made 12 appearances in all competitions, scoring a goal in the Football League Two trophy.
