I have many styles so I adapt to the opponent, says Ghana coach Otto Addo

The head coach of the male national team of Ghana, Otto Addo has disclosed that he changes his style depending on the opponent his team faces.

The German-trained tactician will tomorrow chase a first win as the head coach of the Black Stars when his team takes on Madagascar in the qualifiers to the 2023 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

Addressing the press on Tuesday evening, Coach Otto Addo revealed that he has a lot of styles.

He said depending on the opponent, he tries to adapt by using one that suits the opponent to ensure he secures the desired result.

“I adapt to the opponent, I take a close look at the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent, and based on that I play a system so it’s flexible. I have many styles,” Coach Otto Addo told journalists.

Ghana will tomorrow evening host Madagascar at the Cape Coast Stadium in the first game of the 2023 AFCON qualifiers.

Subsequently, the Black Stars will travel to Angola where the team will take on the Central African Republic in the second match of the qualifiers.
