Jeremy Doku resumes training with Stade Rennais after recovering from injury
Belgian forward with Ghanaian descent, Jeremy Doku has returned to full scale training at Stade Rennes after recent injury setbacks.
The former Anderlecht forward has been going through a real ordeal in recent months.
Hamstring and knee injuries sandwiched by a hamstring relapse in December last year has affected the Ghanaian.
“He has a small injury to a calf. He felt pain when he returned to Lyon ,” said his coach, Bruno Genesio, on the sidelines of the big victory against OL (2-4) on March 13.
Doku could be available for selection against Saint-Etienne on Saturday.
The Belgian-born Ghanaian has scored a goal and provided two assists in 12 matches for Stade Rennes in Lique 1.
