Medeama SC ready to stop free-scoring Ashanti Gold SC
Medeama SC is ready to stop Ashanti Gold SC in their tracks in the Ghana Premier League in the upcoming weekend, this is according to defender Vincent Atinga.
This weekend, the clash between Medeama SC and Ashanti Gold SC will be the biggest game to be played in the Ghanaian top-flight league.
Speaking to Oyerepa FM in an interview, Vincent Atinga says his outfit wanted to win the Ghana Premier League this season.
According to him, the Yellow and Mauve outfit will put up a good fight to defeat Ashanti Gold SC in the next match.
“We wanted to win the league but things aren’t going as expected so now we want to at least play in the top four. We will do our best to pick the three points on Sunday against Ashanti Gold SC we are very ready and prepared for the game,” Atinga said.
The clash between Medeama SC and Ashanti Gold SC is scheduled to be played on Sunday, May 8, 2022.
