Montari Kamaheni delighted with IFFHS nomination
Ashdod FC defender Montari Kamaheni has expressed his delight after been named in International Federation of Football History and Statistics Youth team of the Year.
Montari was among the three Ghana Youth internationals to have earned places in the IFFHS 2020 CAF Youth Team of the year.
Montari, had an incredible season for Ashdod in the Israeli Ligat ha’AL, popped up in the list for his swashbuckling display for his side.
Following his impressive display for Ashdod 2020, Montari was voted into the Ligat ha’AL Team of the season and as the best U20 left back in the league.
” I’m excited to be part of the IFFHS CAF team and also is something great for my football career , I thank Allah a lot for this great achievement, I will keep my focused and put in more hardwork”
Kamaheni has been Impressive in the current season playing 25 games out of 26 games in the regular season.
He scored a goal and assisted four in the current campaign.
Ajax Star Kudus Mohammed and Asante Kotoko Danlad Ibrahim were also named in the IFFHS CAF Youth team of 2020.
