MTN FA Cup Round 32: Defending champions Hearts of Oak to face Golden Kicks
Defending champions of the MTN FA Cup, Hearts of Oak have been drawn to face Gold Kicks in the Round 32 stage of this season’s MTN FA Cup.
The Phobians last season excelled in the domestic cup competition and went all the way to the final.
Although the team would be outplayed by Ashanti Gold SC in the final, the team held on and lifted the trophy after winning on penalties.
Now back to defend their title, Hearts of Oak are making steady progress at the early stages of the competition.
The Phobians after eliminating Accra Lions at the Round 64 stage, have now been drawn against lower-tier side Golden Kicks at the Round 32 stage.
Meanwhile, Aduana Stars have been paired against Berekum Chelsea with King Faisal set to take on Karela United.
