Slovakian giants MŠK Žilina sign Ghanaian midfielder Samuel Gidi on five-year deal
Slovakian giants MŠK Žilina have completed the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Samuel Gidi from MsK Zilina Africa FC.
Gidi joins the club on a five-year deal after successful negotiations and passing his medical.
The 18-year-old impressed the technical handlers of the club after spending some time on trials and is excited to finally put pen to paper.
“I’m really happy that I signed my first professional contract and it really means a lot to me.”
‘As a footballer, you dream of being noticed by a big club. And not only does he notice, but he also gives you a chance to show it on the field,” Gidi told the club official website.
“I am willing to do my best to help the club achieve whatever we want.”
MŠK Žilina finished last season 6th on the Championship league table with 34 points and have set sights on improving their position on the log next season.
