The referee’s dubious decisions caused our defeat to Eleven Wonders – Bechem Utd coach Kasim Mingle
The head coach for Bechem United, Kasim Mingle has accused the match officials that handled the game against Eleven Wonders of favouring the opponent.
According to the coach, his team lost the match at the end of the 90 minutes due to the dubious decisions taken by the the referees.
“The referee is responsible for our defeats.
Before the match, the Bank Roller came to inform us that we are not going to play any fixed match. He told the boys to play for victory and nothing else. I also told the boys the same thing.
“Before the match, it was all over the place that, the score of the match will be 2:1. By 85th minute we were 2:0 up but the referee decided to change the scoreline by his dubious decisions,” Coach Mingle told Akoma FM in an interview.
Bechem United on Sunday played as a guest to The Eleven Wonders at the Ohene Ameyaw Park.
Although Bechem United held a healthy lead for the most parts of the game, the hosts recovered to record a dramatic 3-2 win.
