Power or rights are given to people by other people to chase changes in their environment. For instance, citizens vote people into government offices to develop the nations and better the lives of the average persons.

Well, in most cases, the situation turns the other way round as people allow themselves to be corrupted by the power given to them to harm the sole people who gave them the power.

Serwaa Amihere one of the most influential media personalities has lamented over the fact that power corrupts the morals and conscience of an individual.

Taken to her Twitter page, she wrote; Indeed Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
