Putin Dismiss 8 Generals In Annoyance At Slow Progress In Ukraine Invasion
The Ukrainian administration believes that eight Russian generals have been fired as a result of the Russian Armed Forces’ gradual and unsuccessful invasion of Ukraine.
Ever since start of the conflict, eight Russian commanders have been sacked, according to Oleksiy Danilov, the director of Ukraine’s security council, despite substantial casualties on the battlefield.

According to another story, Putin is irritated with FSB security service leaders for providing him with intelligence showing that Ukraine was weak, plagued with neo-Nazi groups, and would readily surrender if attacked.
Putin is clearly ‘very unhappy,’ according to Philip Ingram, a former senior British intelligence official, who told The Times that he is condemning his intelligence institutions.
‘He blames them for seeding him the advice that led to the poor decision-making in Ukraine,’ he said.
Such bad advice caused Russia’s military to assault Ukraine less than adequately, resulting in many more losses than intended in a battle that has lasted more than two weeks.
According to Danilov, Putin believed the capital city of Kyiv would fall within two to three days, therefore he dispatched small forces to seize critical locations in the early days.
‘It hasn’t happened and never will,’ he said. Danilov added that Moscow has ‘now switched to a different tactic’ by changing leadership.
‘They had about 8 generals removed from their posts because they did not complete the task,’ he told state TV.
