Emmanuel Hawkson Amoah, a man who was alleged to be sick and also abandoned by his family has died whiles sitting at the Capstone Fuel Station at Nkroful Junction in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis on Friday, October 29.
Speaking to Darlighton, a friend of Emmanuel, revealed that the deceased has been sick for 8 months but has been abandoned both by parent.
According to Darlignton, whenever Emmanuel is taken home to his mother for financial help to seek medical care, both of them are turned away by the mother on claims that the deceased is stubborn and also not responsible for his care
His friend made it known that he has been the one taking care of the deceased for a while now and sometimes take him along to do menial jobs whenever he gets contracts so he can earn some wages to care for himself.
Darlighton indicated that he reported the death of Emmanuel to the mother but she did not even bother to show up at the scene to see the body of her son.
However, he was found dead on Friday morning, whiles sitting beside the fuel pump at the Capstone Fuel Station.
Also, the police have been called to the scene to convey the body to the mortuary for preservation.
