Cash from my ‘Faithful’ hit song was used to build two houses – Okyeame Kwame reveals

Multiple award-winning Rapper, songwriter and entrepreneur, Okyeame Kwame known in real life as Kwame Nsiah-Apau has revealed that the money he got from his beautiful song “Faithful” was huge enough to build him two houses and took care of his Master’s degree and that of his wife.

“It did; it took care of my education, my wife’s… it gave us an amazing life, yeah, I’ve built two houses. Faithful did well for me. It also opened doors because at that time, it has shown me as a gentleman”.  Okyeame Kwame said this in an interview on Angel TV monitored by MyNewsGH.com.

The rapper further stated that he also got a lot of endorsement deals and had to perform almost every weekend with his music “Faithful”.

“I got an endorsement from Coca Cola brand Icon, I was already MTN brand Icon they renewed my contract, I got UNICEF, I got World Bank… it did well”. Okyeame Kwame said.

Okyeame Kwame featured Bertha Bridget Kankam, winner of Stars of the Future season 4 on his debut single “Faithful” in 2010. The song was produced by Appietus.

According to the rapper, his music Faithful has won him international awards, nominations and more recognition than any other song he has ever done. Some entertainment critics have also rated the song as one of the best Highlife songs ever produced.
