I’ll never follow trends like some artistes do to release Amapiano song
Highlife artiste, Quarme Zaggy has spoken about how the South Africa music genre called Amapiano is currently dominating the airwaves in Ghana.
He remarked “This Amapiano song that is trending and being played everywhere is a South Africa genre of music.
“But that’s what is trending in Ghana and it’s like dominating among all the artistes and being played in most nightclubs,” he stated.
Speaking one-on-one with Amansan Krakye on Kastle FM in Cape Coast, the ‘Ehye Wo Bo’ crooner said he won’t follow the trend to record and release Amapiano song.
He vowed “Me I will never release an Amapiano song because I’m not a trendy kind of artiste so I don’t follow trends.
“I’m not the kind of artiste who does any kind or genre of music which is trending no I’m not like that,” he added on the Kastle Entertainment Show.
