Police investigating Beenie man over fake covid-19 clearance certificate
The Ghana Police Service (GPS) is investigating how Jamaican musician Anthony Moses Davis, popularly known as Beenie Man got a a fake clearance certificate from the Ghana Health Service when he tested positive for COVID-19 on his arrival to Ghana.
According to reports, the Dancehall artiste tested positive for the deadly virus and was supposed to have self isolated.
However, he was seen moving from Media Houses for interviews before he performed at Stonebwoy’s concert.
The artiste was accosted by Ghana Immigration Service when he attempted to leave the country and has since been handed over to his lawyers and officials of the Ghana Health Service.
