The glitz and glamour at the 22nd VGMA

Vida Essel-LampteyThe 22nd edition of Ghana’s leading music awards programme Vodafone Ghana Music Award (VGMA) has been held in Accra over the weekend to honour industry players who perform extremely well in the year under review.
The two- day event held at the grand arena of the Accra International Conference Center saw a total of 30 industry players honored in various competitive categories with others taking home honorary awards.
The event was graced by personality in the entertainment circles, mostly, from the movie and music industries, media and the general public.
As usual, the night saw glitz and glamour as celebrities used the opportunity to sell the various fashion icons in the country.
