2021 AFCON: Check out the top 10 players set to headline Africa’s biggest tournament
The delayed 2021 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament is set to kick off this weekend in Cameroon.
Ahead of the official commencement of the continental showpiece, here are the top players coming to play at the tournament.
Liverpool and world star Mohammed Salah top the list. He is the poster boy in the Egypt squad going to Cameroon to fight for glory.
His club teammate, Sadio Mane is second on the list after being named in the Senegal squad for the upcoming tournament.
Ghana talisman Thomas Partey makes the list as well as PSG defender Achraf Hakimi and Manchester City’s Riyad Mahrez.
