2022 FIFA WCQ: Experienced Ghana goalkeeper Richard Ofori returning for clash against Nigeria
Experienced Ghana goalkeeper, Richard Ofori is set to return to the Black Stars squad for the FIFA World Cup encounter against Nigeria this month.
In the final week of this month, the Black Stars will lock horns with the Super Eagles in the final round of the African qualifiers for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Ahead of what will be a very tough encounter, footballghana has learned from sources that goalkeeper Richard Ofori has been included in the Ghana squad.
The Orlando Pirates goalkeeper missed the Black Stars squad for the 2021 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations tournament due to an injury he is carrying.
Now fully fit again, the highly-rated goalkeeper is returning to the Ghana team to provide a squad boost for the side.
The two legs of the Ghana v Nigeria match will be played on March 25 and 29th respectively.
