2022 World Cup playoff: Joseph Aidoo makes Ghana return for Nigeria clash
Joseph Aidoo has made a return to the Black Stars squad for 2022 World Cup play-off double header against Nigeria this month.
The centre-back earned his recall following his impressive displays for Celta Vigo in the Spanish La Liga.
He scooped back-to-back player of the month awards at his club for January and February.
His last appearance for the senior national team was against Ethiopia in the 2022 World Cup qualifier in South Africa.
Aidoo’s form for Celta Vigo this season has been incredible earning him a return into the team.
