AC Milan extensively scouting midfielder Pierre Dwomoh
AC Milan is interested in buying KRC Genk’s young midfielder Pierre Dwomoh after watching him for some time, according to a report.
Milan’s management has demonstrated an intention to spend on young talents for the future, as evidenced by a number of purchases made from abroad to bolster the youth sector, such as Emil Roback, Lukas Bjorklund, and Wilgot Marshage, who were brought in from Sweden to begin their professional careers in Italy.
According to Calciomercato.it writer Sacha Tavolieri, Milan are interested in signing 17-year-old midfielder Pierre Dwomoh from Genk, who is highly rated by the Belgian club.
Milan have been monitoring him for months and ‘are collecting information’, he believes, and Dwomoh has a technical level beyond the rest, but not as much mentally. Tavolieri adds that a transfer to Italy may help him grow and get a greater tactical knowledge, while the teenager has already made his first team debut.
