Andre Ayew scores again for Al Sadd in win against Al Rayyan
Black Stars skipper Andre Ayew scored again for Qatari outfit Al Sadd in their league win over Al Rayyan on Wednesday night.
The 31-year-old scored his side’s third of the game as they defeated Al Rayyan 4-2 in the the third games of the season.
Hassan Al Haydos and Bagdad Bounejah gave Al Sadd a quick 2-0 lead after scoring in the 4th and 24th minutes respectively.
The host pulled two back through Hashim Ali and Abdul Aziz Hatem making it 3-2.
The visitors, however, restored their two-goal lead through Akram Afif in what was the last goal of the game.
Ayew has now scored two goals in three games for Al Sadd in the ongoing campaign.
Al Sadd are second on the League standings with nine points after three games.
