AS Monaco forward Myron Boadu admits he will need time to adapt at club

Dutch-born Ghanaian forward Myron Boadu has admitted it take time for him to adapt to life at AS Monaco.

The enterprising striker joined the French giants in the ongoing transfer window from Dutch outfit AZ Alkmaar for 17 million Euros plus bonuses.

He signed a five-year deal keeping him until 2026.

Ahead of Monaco’s champions league qualifying game against Shakhtar Donetsk, Myron Boadu has disclosed he will have to take time to adapt at the club.

“The first two matches weren’t easy; we didn’t get the results we expected”

“On a personal level, I have to take the time to adapt to my new environment, to learn to play with my new teammates”

“I know the game in France is a little different, but I’m ready to adapt and fight to win in Ligue 1. I am in any case delighted that the coach has trusted me; I’m really looking forward to making contributions to this team, because we have big goals for this season” he said.
