Black Queens midfielder Ernestina Abambila signs for Polish club UKS SMS Łódź
Ghana midfielder Ernestina Abambila has completed a move to Polish side Uczniowski Klub Sportowy Szkoła Mistrzostwa Sportowego Łódź in the ongoing transfer window.
Abambila signed a two-year deal with the Blue and White lads after successful negotiations.
The 22-year-old parted ways with fellow Polish side KKPK Medyk Konin after ending her spell at end of the season.
The Black Queens enforcer has vast experience despite her youthful age, having played for FC Minsk in Belarus where she participated in the UEFA Women’s Champions League and became the first Ghanaian to score in the competition.
She has also previously featured for Aris Thessaloniki, Assi IF, Mississippi Valley State University, and Youngstown State University and Recreativo Huelva.
Abambila has represented Ghana at all levels including the U-17, U-20, and the senior national team.
