BREAKING: German gaffer Rainer Kraft leaves Accra Lions to return to home country

Footballghana.com can report that German trainer Rainer Kraft has left his role as the head coach of Ghana Premier League outfit Accra Lions FC.

The experienced tactician in the past couple of years established himself as one of the top coaches in the lower-tier league.

Courtesy of his quality, he managed to qualify Accra Lions to the Ghana Premier League after excelling in the National Division One League.

Although he has fared well in the ongoing Ghanaian top-flight league, Rainer Kraft has decided to leave his role with Accra Lions to return to Germany.

“Rainer Kraft had a very successful spell in his two years as Head Coach of Accra Lions Football Club that was crowned with winning the Division One Championship and gaining the Ghana Premier League promotion this year,” Nana Obiri Yeboah, CEO of Accra Lions has said.
