Ex-Black Stars forward KP Boateng pranks Hertha Berlin physio in training
Former Black Stars attacker, Kevin-Prince Boateng forced laughter out of his Hertha Berlin teammates on Monday during training when he pranked the team’s physio.
In what was a light training session in the camp of the German Bundesliga outfit, head coach Pal Dardai instructed players to engage in a soccer tennis tournament.
The team that had KP Boateng was made up of Marvin Plattenhardt and Davie Selke. Going up against a team made up of Jhon Cordoba, Santi Ascacibar and Suat Serdar in the finals, the KP Boateng side lost 6-4.
Shortly after the final, KP Boateng fell to the ground in agony as though he had suffered an injury.
Immediately, Physio Michael Becker sprinted to the rescue of KP Boateng only to find out that it was all a prank.
Players at training and officials all made fun of the situation before training was later brought to a close.
