Ex-Ghana international Shilla Illiasu Alhassan lands new role at Kenpong Football Academy

Former King Faisal and Kotoko defender, Shilla Illiasu Alhassan has landed a new role at Kenpong Football Academy.

The former Black Stars player has been appointed to assist the Technical Directions of the Academy.

Shilla was among the four local-based players who chalked history for Ghana in their first-ever World Cup appearance (Germany 2006) led by Coach Ratomir Djokovic.

He plied his trade with Kotoko by then.

The remaining there were, Dan Quaye (Hearts of Oak), Habib Mohammed (King Faisal), and goalie Goerge Owu (Ashantigold).
