Ex-Ghana midfielder Michael Essien sends goodwill message to Kamaldeen Sulemana after Rennais switch
Former Black Stars midfielder, Michael Essien has wished teenager Kamaldeen Sulemana all the best after his transfer to French Ligue 1 side Stade Rennais FC.
The talented forward over the past weekend sealed a sensational transfer from Danish Superliga side FC Nordsjaelland to the French club for a few of 21 million Euros.
After the move was completed, ex-Ghan poster boy Kamaldeen Sulemana has taken to his Instagram page to extend a message of goodwill to the highly-rated attacker.
“Wishing you all the best Kamaldeen Sulemana in your new club Stade Rennes. Good luck,” Michael Essien said in his post.
At FC Nordsjaelland where Michael Essien is an assistant coach, he has worked with Kamaldeen Sulemana in the past year.
Just like most Ghanaians, the former Chelsea FC midfielder has massive believe in the 19-year-old and wants to see him excelling in the French Ligue 1.
