Exclusive : Former Hearts midfielder Emmanuel Nettey joins Iraqi Division One side Duhok Sports Club
Ghanaian Midfielder Emmanuel Nettey has completed a move to Iraqi Division One side Duhok Sports Club, FMIG can exclusively confirm.
The hard-working midfielder has signed a contract with the Dohuk based club following a successful negotiations.
Nettey joins the club on a free transfer after rejecting contract extension with Hearts of Oak.
The former Inter Allies midfielder contract with the Ghanaian Champions ended on 31 December, 2021 making him free to join the club of his choice.
Nettey featured in 17 games for Hearts of Oak in the 2020/2021 season helping them to win the Ghana Premier League and MTN FA Cup.
This season, Nettey played in five of the nine games so for the Phobians in the Ghana Premier League.
Emmanuel Nettey joined Hearts of Oak in the 2019/2020 season after ending his spell at Inter Allies.
