Four Ghanaian players shortlisted for 2021 Golden Boy award
Four young players of Ghanaian descent have been shortlisted for the 2021 Golden Boy award.
It comes on the back of a 2020 where Ghana’s Mohammed Kudus made an impact in the race to make it into the top 20.
For this year, although the Black Stars poster boy who is now with Ajax has missed out, there are still players with Ghanaian ties in the shortlist.
There is Myron Boadu who has opted to play for the Nertherlands national team as well as Yunue Musah who has chosen the USA over the Black Stars.
In the list, there is also Jeremy Doku of Stade Rennais FC and Brian Brobbey.
