German Bundesliga II side Nuremberg interested in Ghanaian defender Michael Akoto
German Bundesliga II side Nuremberg are interested in Ghanaian defender Michael Akoto.
According the Bild, the 24-year-old was on the radar of Nuremburg before his move to Dynamo Dresden from Mainz O5 last year.
Akoto, who joined Dynamo Dresden last summer current deal will elapse in 2023.
However, Nuremburg would have to sign the German-Ghanaian versatile player out of his existing contract.
Michael Akoto has been on top form for Dresden this season, making 20 appearances for the Yellow and Black in all competitions and has an assist to his name.
His versatility in defence is seen as the reason for Nuremberg’s interest.
