GFA boss Kurt Okraku, other top officials attend final funeral rites of late Jones Abu Alhassan
The President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kurt E.S Okraku together with other top football officials have today attended the final funeral rites of the late Jones Abu Alhassan.
The veteran football administrator accompanied Hasaacas Ladies to the Wafu B Champions League qualifier, where the Ghanaian club emerged as the champions of the competition.
The man, who is credited for bringing the Ghana FA President Kurt Okraku into office two years ago, passed away in Abidjan as he was part of the GFA delegation to the tournament.
Buried already, his family is today holding a final funeral rites for him.
As a result, the football fraternity have joined in to pay their last respect to the man who is synonymous to Tamale City FC.
