Ghana forward Daniel-Kofi Kyereh to join St. Pauli for pre-season amid uncertain future

Ghana international, Daniel-Kofi Kyereh is set to join his FC St. Pauli outfit this month to join his teammates for pre-season.

The forward missed his club’s final match of the 2021/22 German Bundesliga 2 season due to a suspension.

With his contract left with one year to expire [in 2023], Daniel-Kofi Kyereh’s future at FC St. Pauli is in doubt.

Currently, the player is in the Black Stars camp where Ghana has commenced the qualifiers for the 2023 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

He was a late substitute on Wednesday when Ghana defeated Madagascar 3-0 at the Cape Coast Stadium.

While he is expected to stay in Camp for the next AFCON qualifier, Daniel-Kofi Kyereh according to sources may have to leave camp when the Kirin Cup starts.

He is wanted by top-flight clubs in Europe and is expected to secure a big transfer away from FC St. Pauli.
