Ghana forward Kevin-Prince Boateng ‘exchange blows’ with Hertha Berlin teammate Ishak Belfodil
Ghana forward Kevin-Prince Boateng is said to have messed up with Hertha Berlin teammate Ishak Belfodil.
The duo who joined Hertha Berlin in the summer transfer window is believed to have had a verbal exchange of blows but reasons for the bunter is yet to be known.
Boateng joined his boyhood club on a one-year deal in the summer and was expected to play a leadership role in the team considering the experienced gathered over the years.
But the former AC Milan and Barcelona star is yet to live up to expectation as the club continue to struggle in the German Bundesliga this season and has therefore received a lot of backlash.
Boateng has struggled with fitness since the start of the season and has been involved in six games in all competitions. He is yet to score or assist a goal.
According to the Kicker, the pair would have insulted each other in Italian.
It is said there is a tense atmosphere in the team after the messed-up start of the season with coach Pal Dardai heavily criticized.
